Certificates can only be issued once the electrical work has been tested and proved satisfactory & Only qualified elctricians can issue certificates,

Each circuit that has been modified has to be tested and the results recorded, the results cannot be estimated, only measured.

This way you can be sure that any work done is carried out to meet safety standards and regulations of BS7671:2008.
